A: No, Frenchman’s Reserve currently offers Non-Resident Membership classifications for Social privileges.
Q: Does one Membership grant access to my entire family?
A: If you choose a Family Membership, the following are included: the Member, Member’s Spouse and their unmarried Children under the age of 23, who are either living at home or attending school on a full-time basis.
Q: Is Frenchman’s Reserve an Equity Club?
A: Yes. A Member-owned equity club permits its Members to ultimately control the Club and its facilities through the right to vote. Each Equity Membership represents an equity ownership interest in the Club. The operation of the facilities is accomplished through the direction of a Board of Directors which is ultimately elected by the Equity Members. The Board of Directors oversees the management of the Club and generally directs the operation of the Club Facilities. The Club Facilities are owned by the Club.
Q: As a private Club, are Memberships limited?
A: In order to provide continued enjoyment of the Club Facilities to all Members, the maximum number of Full Memberships at Frenchman’s Reserve Country Club is limited to 349. Although there is no limit on the number of Social Memberships at this time, either the Company or the Club may limited the number of these Memberships from time to time.
Q: Do I have to be a Member of the Club if I live in the community?
A: All property owners in Frenchman’s Reserve are required to be at least a Social Member at Frenchman’s Reserve Country Club. Upon closing on the purchase of a residence or homesite in Frenchman’s Reserve, the purchaser must obtain at least a Social Membership at the Club and pay the required membership contribution and maintain at least a Social Membership at the Club at all times while a residence or homesite is owned in Frenchman’s Reserve.
