Q: Is Frenchman’s Reserve an Equity Club?
A: Yes. A Member-owned equity club permits its Members to ultimately control the Club and its facilities through the right to vote. The Board of Directors oversees the management of the Club and generally directs the operation of the Club Facilities. The Club Facilities will be owned by the Club.
