Each suite features classic European designs and includes a separate parlor, full bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the pool and magnificent grounds. Guests are welcomed to use the features afforded by Members such as the pool, golf course, spa and dining areas.

What credit cards do you accept?
For non-members, we accept Visa and Mastercard only. All members must be billed through their member account.
Are pets allowed in the Guest Rooms?
No, pets are not allowed in the guest rooms. Guests will not be permitted to stay in the guest rooms in the future if this occurs.
When can I check-in?
Check-in is after 3:00pm. On most occasions, you will be allowed to check into your room by Noon. However, we cannot promise that your room will be available prior to 3:00pm.
What is the procedure for check-out?
Check-out is at Noon. If you need a later check out time, please contact the Clubhouse Reception Desk, Ext. 100 for availability. To check out, return keys to the Clubhouse Reception Desk. All charges will be billed to your member number or authorized credit card on the first business day following check-out. A $75.00 re-keying fee will be charged if keys are lost or not returned. Guest may pay by Visa or Mastercard only. Members must charge to their membership account.
Are all the Guest Rooms Non-Smoking?
Yes, guests will be charged a $250.00 fee, as well as any additional cost incurred with removing the odor if smoking occurs.
How do I connect to the Internet?
You may access the internet in the guest suites by connecting to our wireless network. Hotel East and Hotel West are available depending on which room you are occupying. No password is required. If you have any trouble connecting to the internet, please contact the front desk at ext. 100. For your convenience, we also have a wireless connection in the Clubhouse Library and Parc restaurant.
How do I make phone calls from the room?
Telephones have been installed to accommodate local phone calls and operator assisted phone calls (e.g., collect, credit card). Local calls can be made by dialing 6 for an outside line, then the local phone number.
