Gary has been engaged in the private club, resort and golf business for more than 25 years. He is entering his 8th year as the General Manger of FRCC. Gary was selected Business Man of the Year 1998 by the Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce while serving as the President and General Manager of a Club & Resort. He served as a Vice President with LACCO Ltd., which owned Riviera Country Club, The Downtown Los Angeles Athletic Club and The California Yacht Club. During LACCO's ownership Riviera hosted 29 PGA events including the U.S. Open and the PGA Championship. Gary also served as the President of Dye Club Management operating clubs in Colorado and Illinois. He has experience with PGA, LPGA and Nike tour events. Gary worked more than 10 years for CCA, the largest Company in the private club business, and was a Club Manager of the Year in 1981 within the CCA group of clubs. Gary is a graduate of Texas A& M University and has done postgraduate work at Michigan State School of Hotel & Restaurant Management and the Hotel School of Cornell University. Most recently, Gary was the recipient of the 2012 Jay DiPietro Award from the Seminole Chapter of the CMAA.

Originally from Leesburg, Virginia, Mary started her career in the country club business after graduating from Virginia Tech and moving to Florida. After working in the club business for over 15 years, Mary took a break to pursue a role in public service as a commissioner for the City of Stuart for 6 years. Mary brings both her professional experience and public service experience along with her personable style to Frenchman's Reserve. |

Lauren Pahl is proud to serve Frenchman's Reserve as our Membership Director. Lauren comes to Frenchman's from another Toll Golf Property, Parkland Golf and Country Club where she served as Membership Coordinator. During her tenure at Parkland, Lauren re-enrolled more than 1,000 members. She earned her undergraduate degree in Marketing from The University of Florida.

As Lifestyle Director, Cynthia manages the Spa, Fitness Center & Kids' Korner at Frenchman's Reserve Country Club. Cynthia ensures that members are enjoying and getting the most out of their time at the Club. Responsible for creating enticing specials, varied programs and flexible hours, Cynthia connects members at the Club and encourages them to try activities they have never tried before. Cynthia has been serving Frenchman's Reserve's members from the very beginning when she started in 2003 as Dining Room Manager of Café Fleur de Lis. She continues to place members as her number one priority as she teaches them to live life to the fullest. |

As Marketing & Communications Director, Maria's focus is ensuring that members are fully aware of all the club offers each day, month and year. Her responsibilities include website content management, member communications and event execution. Her master's degree from George Washington University focused on strategic public relations with an emphasis on social and new media.

Joe joined Frenchman's Reserve Country Club in September of 2009. Prior to that, he worked at Mizner Country Club in 2007 through 2009 as the Building Maintenance Manager. Joe is a native of Boston in Massachusetts with a background in HVAC, having worked in the field for 20 years as a licensed HVAC technician for Balco, Inc. in Boston. In 1988, he began Canterbury Landscape, a full service company, servicing residential properties, with a primary emphasis on landscape design as well as maintenance. Joe is a member of ALCM, Associated Landscape Contractors of Massachusetts. |
