      Gary has been engaged in the private club, resort and golf business for more than 25 years. He is entering his 8th year as the General Manger of FRCC. Gary was selected Business Man of the Year 1998 by the Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce while serving as the President and General Manager of a Club & Resort. He served as a Vice President with LACCO Ltd., which owned Riviera Country Club, The Downtown Los Angeles Athletic Club and The California Yacht Club. During LACCO's ownership Riviera hosted 29 PGA events including the U.S. Open and the PGA Championship. Gary also served as the President of Dye Club Management operating clubs in Colorado and Illinois. He has experience with PGA, LPGA and Nike tour events. Gary worked more than 10 years for CCA, the largest Company in the private club business, and was a Club Manager of the Year in 1981 within the CCA group of clubs. Gary is a graduate of Texas A& M University and has done postgraduate work at Michigan State School of Hotel & Restaurant Management and the Hotel School of Cornell University. Most recently, Gary was the recipient of the 2012 Jay DiPietro Award from the Seminole Chapter of the CMAA.

      Originally from Leesburg, Virginia, Mary started her career in the country club business after graduating from Virginia Tech and moving to Florida. After working in the club business for over 15 years, Mary took a break to pursue a role in public service as a commissioner for the City of Stuart for 6 years. Mary brings both her professional experience and public service experience along with her personable style to Frenchman's Reserve.

      Lauren Pahl is proud to serve Frenchman's Reserve as our Membership Director. Lauren comes to Frenchman's from another Toll Golf Property, Parkland Golf and Country Club where she served as Membership Coordinator. During her tenure at Parkland, Lauren re-enrolled more than 1,000 members. She earned her undergraduate degree in Marketing from The University of Florida.

      As Lifestyle Director, Cynthia manages the Spa, Fitness Center & Kids' Korner at Frenchman's Reserve Country Club. Cynthia ensures that members are enjoying and getting the most out of their time at the Club. Responsible for creating enticing specials, varied programs and flexible hours, Cynthia connects members at the Club and encourages them to try activities they have never tried before. Cynthia has been serving Frenchman's Reserve's members from the very beginning when she started in 2003 as Dining Room Manager of Café Fleur de Lis. She continues to place members as her number one priority as she teaches them to live life to the fullest.

      As Marketing & Communications Director, Maria's focus is ensuring that members are fully aware of all the club offers each day, month and year. Her responsibilities include website content management, member communications and event execution. Her master's degree from George Washington University focused on strategic public relations with an emphasis on social and new media.

       Joe joined Frenchman's Reserve Country Club in September of 2009. Prior to that, he worked at Mizner Country Club in 2007 through 2009 as the Building Maintenance Manager. Joe is a native of Boston in Massachusetts with a background in HVAC, having worked in the field for 20 years as a licensed HVAC technician for Balco, Inc. in Boston. In 1988, he began Canterbury Landscape, a full service company, servicing residential properties, with a primary emphasis on landscape design as well as maintenance. Joe is a member of ALCM, Associated Landscape Contractors of Massachusetts.

      Frank is a graduate of Michigan State University. He brings over 15 years experience as a Head Golf Professional. Before coming to Frenchman's Reserve he was the Head Professional at PGA National Golf Club.  Frank’s goal is to provide all members and guests of Frenchman's Reserve Country Club with a premier golfing experience.

      Mark graduated from the University of Hartford and became a golf instructor at the PGA Golf Academy. He was First Assistant at the Estate Golf Course and progressed to Head Assistant Golf Professional at PGA National. He then became the Head Golf Professional at Frenchman Creek Country Club and has been at Frenchman’s for 6 years.

      Ken graduated Lynn University in Boca Raton with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality (Hotel and Country Club Management) . He was affiliated for almost 12 years with PGA National Golf Club as well as their Estate Golf Course where he held various positions including First Assistant Golf Professional.

      Andrew has extensive golf course management experience from world-renowned courses like Dye’s Valley at TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida and Greystone in Birmingham, Alabama. Andrew's undergraduate degree from Mississippi State University focused on Agronomy and Golf Turf Management. He is a member of both the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America and the Florida Golf Course Superintendents Association. Andrew has been involved with more than 15 professional golf events including PGA Tour events during his career.

      Arch has been teaching tennis in Palm Beach County for 25 years. He is a USPTA Professional 1 status, a USRSA certified stringer and was the USTA district certifier for 5 years. He has been the Head Tennis Professional at Frenchman’s Reserve Country Club for the last 5 years. Prior to Frenchman’s Reserve he was the Head Tennis Professional at PGA National for 13 years and the Head Tennis Professional at the Breakers Hotel for 7 years.

      Carly Eagle

      After spending the last ten years playing on the tour, Carly is excited to join the Frenchman’s tennis staff. She is the youngest player since Jennifer Capriati to win the United States Tennis Association’s 18 Clay Court National Championship at the age of 14. Carly is the winner of the 2009 US Open Mixed Doubles title with Travis Parrot. Her career-high doubles ranking of 52and her singles ranking of 123 are both equally impressive. Carly is the daughter of former Major League Baseball pitcher, Bill Gullickson. In her spare time, Carly enjoys spending time with her husband Cameron, also a Tennis Professional.

      Bob brings more than three decades of Food and Beverage experience to Frenchman's Reserve. He is committed to exceeding Members expectations and continually raising the bar. Bob has Club experience from world-class clubs like Boca West and BallenIsles. He enjoys fine dining, wine and golfing.

      Born and raised in Wayne, New Jersey, Tim moved to Florida in October of 2009. Tim's club career began at PGA National where he worked in The Members Club one year prior to joining the staff at Frenchman's Reserve. Tim’s main priority for Parc is to ensure that all Members and their guests have a pleasurable dining experience and that every time they come to Parc, all aspects of their visit exceed expectations. A graduate of Rutgers University, Tim is an avid golfer and a dedicated football fan.

      Before coming to Frenchman’s, Patricia served as the Director of Catering and Special Events for the Mar-a-Lago Club & Trump International Golf Club; The Brazilian Court Hotel in Palm Beach, The Chevy Chase Club in Chevy Chase, Maryland , as well as other well known venues. Under her direction, Frenchman's Reserve Country Club has been named ABC, Channel 25's "A List" for the Best Wedding Venue of the Palm Beaches 3 consecutive years in a row!
