      Jay brings more than 25 years of club management to Frenchman’s Reserve, most recently serving as the General Manager at The National Golf Club of Canada, recognized as a Platinum Club of the World.  Jay has a degree in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco, is a quarter century member of the PGA of America and active in the CMAA.   A native of Seattle, WA he has spent the majority of his professional career at several fine clubs in Northern California.

      Siu was born in Hong Kong and lived in New York City where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Economics & Finance from Baruch College – The City University of New York. Before coming to Frenchman’s Reserve, she was the Assistant Director of Finance at Four Seasons Palm Beach. Siu brings over 17 years of accounting and hospitality experience. Siu’s goal is to use her diverse accounting and management knowledge to maintain a “healthy” financial status and a luxury lifestyle experience for all members at the Frenchman’s Reserve Country Club.

      Hayley Helms

      Originally from Georgia, Hayley joined the Frenchman's Reserve team in April of 2011 as Club Secretary and quickly moved her way up to become the Assistant to the Director of Catering and now, the Marketing and Communications Director. Previously, she obtained Club Management experience from other platinum clubs such as the Loxahatchee Club in Jupiter and Druid Hills Golf Club in Atlanta, Georgia. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a Major in Hospitality Management from Georgia State University which is ranked among the Top 25 Hospitality Programs in the Nation. As the Marketing & Communications Director, Hayley manages all aspects of Club Marketing, Website, Communications and Social Media.

      As Lifestyle Director, Cynthia manages the Spa, Fitness Center and Kids' Korner at Frenchman's Reserve Country Club. Cynthia ensures that members are enjoying and getting the most out of their time at the Club. Responsible for creating enticing specials, varied programs and flexible hours, Cynthia connects members at the Club and encourages them to try activities they have never tried before. Cynthia has been serving Frenchman's Reserve's members from the very beginning when she started in 2003 as Dining Room Manager of Café Fleur de Lis. She continues to place members as her number one priority as she teaches them to live life to the fullest.

      Alan Ghiciac

      Alan Ghiciac has 25 years of progressive experience in the Private Club, Hotel and Restaurant industry. His background encompasses supervision and comprehensive knowledge of dining room operations in restaurants and hotels, food and beverage, staff management, and budgetary administration. Alan has skills in developing and implementing club policies and procedures in order to create standards of excellence in customer service and enhance bottom-line profitability.

      Joseph Mazzeo

      Joe joined Frenchman's Reserve Country Club in September of 2009. Prior to that, he worked at Mizner Country Club in 2007 through 2009 as the Building Maintenance Manager. Joe is a native of Boston in Massachusetts with a background in HVAC, having worked in the field for 20 years as a licensed HVAC technician for Balco, Inc. in Boston. In 1988, he began Canterbury Landscape, a full service company, servicing residential properties, with a primary emphasis on landscape design as well as maintenance. Joe is a member of ALCM, Associated Landscape Contractors of Massachusetts.

      Frank is a graduate of Michigan State University. He brings over 15 years experience as a Head Golf Professional. Before coming to Frenchman's Reserve he was the Head Professional at PGA National Golf Club.  Frank’s goal is to provide all members and guests of Frenchman's Reserve Country Club with a premier golfing experience.

      Mark Tribuiani

      Mark graduated from the University of Hartford and became a golf instructor at the PGA Golf Academy. He was First Assistant at the Estate Golf Course and progressed to Head Assistant Golf Professional at PGA National. He then became the Head Golf Professional at Frenchman Creek Country Club and has been at Frenchman’s for 6 years.

      Ken graduated Lynn University in Boca Raton with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality (Hotel and Country Club Management) . He was affiliated for almost 12 years with PGA National Golf Club as well as their Estate Golf Course where he held various positions including First Assistant Golf Professional.

    • Andrew Burrow

      Head Golf Course Superintendent

      Andrew has extensive golf course management experience from world-renowned courses like Dye’s Valley at TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida and Greystone in Birmingham, Alabama. Andrew's undergraduate degree from Mississippi State University focused on Agronomy and Golf Turf Management. He is a member of both the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America and the Florida Golf Course Superintendents Association. Andrew has been involved with more than 15 professional golf events including PGA Tour events during his career.

      Josh Fleisher
      Asst. Golf  Course Superintendent

      Josh has come to Palm Beach Gardens, Florida by way of his home state of Virginia. Josh obtained his degree in Agriculture with an emphasis in Golf Course Management from Horry-Georgetown Technical College in Myrtle Beach, SC. He moved to Louisville, Kentucky to be a team member at Valhalla Golf Club, working the 2008 Ryder Cup; upon graduation he moved to Richmond, Virginia where he lived and worked at Hermitage Country Club for over 5 years before relocating his career to Florida. He is very excited about being a team member of the Frenchman’s Reserve Golf Course Maintenance Department and strives to give the membership and guests a unique golfing experience.

      Arch has been teaching tennis in Palm Beach County for 25 years. He is a USPTA Professional 1 status, a USRSA certified stringer and was the USTA district certifier for 5 years. He has been the Head Tennis Professional at Frenchman’s Reserve Country Club for the last 5 years. Prior to Frenchman’s Reserve he was the Head Tennis Professional at PGA National for 13 years and the Head Tennis Professional at the Breakers Hotel for 7 years.


      Carly Eagle

      After spending the last ten years playing on the tour, Carly is excited to join the Frenchman’s Tennis Staff.  She is the youngest player since Jennifer Capriati to win the United States Tennis Association’s 18 Clay Court National Championship at the age of 14.  Carly is the winner of the 2009 US Open Mixed Doubles title with Travis Parrot.  Her career-high doubles ranking of 52 and her singles ranking of 123 are both equally impressive. Carly is the daughter of former Major League Baseball pitcher, Bill Gullickson.  In her spare time, Carly enjoys spending time with her husband Cameron, also a Tennis Professional.

      Roger Turtch

      Roger Turtch is originally from Pittsburgh, PA and he and his wife have lived in Florida for the last 30 years.  Before moving to Florida, Roger was the Executive Chef at the Philadelphia Art Museum, Franklin Institute and the Pentagon in Washington DC. Roger has worked as Executive Chef of the Cape Coral Golf and Tennis Resort, Copperleaf Country Club, Colonial Country Club, Plantation Golf & Country Club and most recently Vasari Country Club in Naples, Florida. Roger is looking forward to bringing his presentation, quality and culinary expertise to Frenchman's Reserve!

       Joe is a Florida native who has been in the Hospitality business for over 20 years. Before joining Frenchman's Reserve, Joe was the clubhouse manager at The Country Club of Mirasol for 7 years, as well as long tenures at The Breakers Hotel, PGA National Resort and Spa and The Club at Admiral's Cove. Joe's goal is to cultivate an environment where comfort and high standards are united.

      David is a Florida native and attended school in Orlando Fl. where he earned is A.S. degree in Hospitality & Tourism. He comes to Frenchman’s Reserve C.C. with over 15 years of management experience in different leadership roles in the Club and Restaurant Industry. He has substantial training and relevant experience in high volume, elegant, and banquet settings. Driven to perform and maintain a high standard of finished product. He hopes to bring his knowledge & passion to the Frenchman Reserve C.C. to continue to make this a great club.

      Christian Potts

      Christian was born in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania in 1975. His family moved to Florida in 1980, and opened up several restaurants in Naples and on the East Coast and has been cooking for over 25 years.  He was the Executive Chef at Firepit City Grille and Big Hickory Seafood Grille which received recognition in 2008 and 2010. Most recently, he was the Sous Chef at Vasari Country Club where he has worked and trained with our current Executive Chef, Roger Turtch, for the last 4 years.
